How To Compare Colors/Shades?
Viewing a Color Description:
• To see a color's description, click on the thumbnail image. A detailed color description will appear below the shade name.

Comparing Colors:
• To compare different colors, follow these steps. This will allow you to make a more informed choice by directly comparing the shades available.
• Click on the "Compare Color" button. This will open a new comparison window.
• In the new window, click on the thumbnails of the colors you wish to compare. Each selected color will be displayed side by side for easy comparison.

Where Can I Find Information About Your Ingredients?
Detailed ingredient information is available on each product page. Click on the "Ingredients" tab to view the complete list of ingredients for that specific product.

What Will Be the Shipping Cost for My Order?
• Shipping costs are determined based on the product(s) weight and the destination location. To obtain an accurate shipping cost, please add your desired product(s) to the cart and proceed to the checkout page before paying.
• We ship all packages via USPS or UPS.
• To ensure timely delivery, please provide accurate address information, including city, state, and zip code. This complete information helps prevent any errors or delays in shipping.
• Please note that we cannot ship to multiple addresses in a single order.

How Do I Obtain Product Samples?
• We offer a wide range of product samples, which you can find under the "Samples" and "Samples (Skin & Hair Care)" tabs on our website. You can easily purchase the desired samples from there.
• We cannot provide a sample for that specific product.

• Please contact your financial institution for the exact billing address associated with your credit or debit card.
• For your security, Maia's Mineral Galaxy has stringent measures in place. We will require you to enter your 3- or 4-digit card identification number (CID/CVN/CVV/CVC) for all cards.
• Note that we cannot process orders containing emojis or foreign characters.

I Received the Wrong Item. What Should I Do?
We strive for 100% accuracy during order fulfillment and ship all correct items with every order. If you receive a wrong item, please retain it and Contact Us immediately for assistance or email at CustomerService@MaiasMinerals.com with your order number. We will help resolve the issue promptly.

I Received a Damaged Item. What Should I Do?
Please inspect the package upon receiving it for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is usual for the shipping to show some wear; however, if the item(s) inside are damaged, please retain the box, packing materials, and the items inside. Please photograph the damaged item(s) and the shipping box.

What Should I Do If My Package Shows as Delivered but I Can't Find It?
• Check Your Mailbox: Sometimes, packages are placed inside your mailbox.
• Look Around the Delivery Area: Couriers may leave packages outside your front door, garage door, or other secure locations around your home.
• Check for Delivery Notices: Look for any notice of attempted delivery that may provide additional information.
• Inquire at Your Building: If applicable, check with your leasing office, front desk, or package locker.
