We offer Free shipping on orders for the USA of $100 or more.
We ship to most countries, excluding the EU and the UK. Shipping is calculated based on the product weight, which can be estimated in the Shopping Cart by adding the product(s).
US Orders: We ship orders within 2-3 business days, and they arrive in 3-6 business days. We use mostly USPS for delivery and provide the domestic tracking number for tracking the package.
International Orders: The receiver will pay all applicable receiving country customs and other taxes (wherever applicable). Please check the limit before ordering. Once the package leaves the USA, we do not have any control. Please follow up with your local Post Office. It's important to note that some products are restricted and cannot be shipped to international destinations. We recommend checking the product details before placing your order.
Returns Policy
Our website offers samples of makeup and skincare products. We urge you to order sample sizes for testing purposes or if you are unsure of coloration.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding Shipping and handling charges. Please contact us with your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Samples are non-returnable.
We cannot accept returns on used color cosmetics and makeup tools. Returns received in poor condition, i.e., leaking, broken, etc., are not eligible for a refund. Please take care in packing items authorized for return. Please pack items for return in a box to ensure safe delivery.
Products returned within 30 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly, often within a week. We understand the importance of your time and strive to process your refund as swiftly as possible.
Shipping problems, damaged goods, and product defects must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
