Application
To apply eyeliner to the eyes, glide the eyeliner on either the water line, or lash line of the eyes. To make eyes look bigger, apply darker eyeliner on the lash line and white eyeliner on the water line (lash line). This makes the eyes look bigger and enhances their shape. To make eyes stand out and appear bold, apply eyeliner to the water line (lash line) as well as on the lash line. This eyeliner can also be applied to the eyelid. For eyelid application, start out with a clean eyelid. Follow the lash line of the eyelid and create the desired look (winged, cat eyes, etc.). For winged eyeliner, create an outline of the wing from the side of the eyelid and then fill in the outline for a precise and clean shape

I can't believe no one has written a review for this eyeliner yet! I've been using the Dark Chocolate for a long time -- maybe a year? It goes on SO smoothly, which feels great. I do notice some smudging on the bottom lid over time, but I don't mind it, because it means I don't need to do any smudging myself to blend it in when I put it on. If you like a defined eyeliner line on the bottom lid, this might not be for you, unless you're okay with reapplying later in the day. I myself prefer a more natural look on the bottom, though. In my experience, the top lid stays well defined.
