Application
To apply eyeshadow, start with a clean and moisturized face. Wipe eyelids of any oil to ensure that skin is dry and oil free. If you are using an eyelid primer, apply the primer to the clean eyelid and then apply the eyeshadow of your choice on top. If no primer is used, then directly apply the eyeshadow to a clean and oil free eyelid.

The Best Non Toxic Matte Eyeshadow!

Having mature skin I look best with matte eyeshadow. I love the periwinkle eyeshadow! It's a fabulous color. I like that the color is on the lighter side. It's easy to apply, long wearing and doesn't settle in the creases of my eyelids. I would love to see some other lighter warm colors in the Maia's matte shadows.

I bought samples of Catalina blue, chestnut and avocado. I love them, they wear long and little bit goes a long way. The only complaint I have is that this doesn't come in a lighter shade for matte highlighting.
